1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated seamless dough sheet
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 can (21 ounces) peach pie filling
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons cold butter
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll dough sheet into a rectangle. Press onto bottom and slightly up sides of a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake 5 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and extract until smooth. Spread over crust. Spoon pie filling over cream cheese layer., In a small bowl, whisk flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in almonds; sprinkle over peach filling., Bake 25-28 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Peaches and Cream Bars are so simple to make but are always impressive! Substitute with your favorite pie filling to change up the flavors!

1 cup unsalted butter, (softened)
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
21 ounce can peach pie filling
8 ounce block cream cheese, (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large egg
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon almond extract ((or vanilla extract))

Steps:

  • For the bars: Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Cream together butter and sugar in a stand-mixer until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat well.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt. Slowly add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Take half of batter and spread into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • For the cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar together.
  • Add vanilla and egg and beat until thoroughly combined.
  • Spread evenly over the pie batter layer.
  • Spread peach pie filling over the cheesecake layer.
  • Drop remaining pie batter over the pie filling. (It will spread as it bakes so don't worry if it doesn't cover all the pie filling)
  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until top pie crust is light golden-brown. Cool completely.
  • For the glaze: Once bars are cooled, mix together glaze ingredients and drizzle over the top.
  • Cut into bars and serve!

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
10 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
1 large egg yolk
1 tablespoon cold water
2 cups fresh peach slices, or more to taste
½ cup white sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Coat an 8x8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Next, cut in the cold butter using 2 forks or a pastry cutter then slowly mix in the egg yolk and cold water. Don't worry if the dough seems really crumbly; it should be!
  • Press 1/2 of the crumble mixture into the prepared pan to make the crust. Save the rest for the top of the bars.
  • Stir together peach slices, sugar, flour, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined. Evenly add peach filling to the top of the crust.
  • Sprinkle the remaining crumble over the peach filling.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and set, 30 to 38 minutes. Cool bars to room temperature, then cut and serve.

Nonstick cooking spray
1.25 cup sugar
1 cup pecans
1 cup plus 2 tsp. all-purpose flour
0.5 cup butter, cut up
0.5 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 12 ounce jar peach preserves (1 cup)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges. Lightly coat foil with cooking spray.
  • In a food processor, combine 1 cup sugar and pecans. Pulse until nuts are finely ground. Add 1 cup flour, butter, salt and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Pulse until the mixture is crumbly.
  • Press half of the mixture (about 2 cups) evenly into the prepared pan.
  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with a mixer on medium for 30 seconds. Add 1/4 cup sugar, egg, 2 tsp. flour, and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Beat until combined. Drop the mixture by spoonfuls onto the crust. Spread to an even layer. Top with peach preserves. Sprinkle remaining crust mixture over the top and spread to an even layer.
  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Use foil to lift uncut bars from pan. Cut into bars.

1 cup almonds, finely chopped
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz. can) sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (8.75 oz. can) peaches, drained
pinch of salt

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with non-stick spray.
  • In a mixing bowl combine almonds, graham cracker crumbs, and butter with fork until combined. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  • Using a handheld or a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth and no lumps remain. While mixing, add the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, lemon juice, almond extract, and flour. Mix until fully combined. Pour over crust.
  • In a food processor or blender, puree the peaches. Stir in a pinch of salt. Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the peach puree over the top of the cream cheese mixture. Using a knife gently swirl the peaches through the filling to create a marbled look.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature before transferring to the refrigerator to chill throughout. Cut bars and serve chilled.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

1/2 cup sliced almonds

Steps:

  • Unroll crescent roll dough into one long rectangle.
  • Press onto bottom and slightly up sides of greased 9x13 baking pan and seal perforations.
  • Bake at 375° for 5 minutes and cool completely.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar and almond extract until smooth.
  • Spread over the crust and spoon pie filling over cream cheese layer.
  • In bowl, combine flour and brown sugar and cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Stir in almonds and sprinkle over peach filling.
  • Bake at 375° for about 25 minutes or til edges are golden brown.
  • Cool for 1 hour on wire rack and store in refrigerator.

1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon almond extract, or more to taste
1 (21 ounce) can peach pie filling
½ cup flour
¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
½ cup sliced almonds

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Separate crescent dough into 2 long rectangles. Place crescent dough onto an ungreased 9x13-inch pan and press dough to cover the bottom of the pan, sealing perforations.
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar, and almond extract in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over dough. Spoon fruit filling evenly over cream cheese mixture.
  • Combine flour, brown sugar, and margarine in a bowl. Mix until crumbly and sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit filling. Top with almonds.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool completely before cutting into squares.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) degrees. Line the bottom and sides of an 8 or 9-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment, leaving an overhang on all sides to easily lift the bars out of the pan before cutting. Spray with nonstick spray or grease with butter. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon together until combined. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or two forks until it reaches coarse, pea-sized crumbs.
