2 slices bread
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 slices bologna
mustard, to taste

Steps:

  • Put 1 TB (or more) of peanut butter on each slice of bread.
  • Add bologna to one slice of bread.
  • Squirt on as much mustard as you desire.
  • Top with second slice of bread.
  • Enjoy!

I saw some fried bologna sandwich recipes, but none like my dad used to make me. I know it sounds odd, but give it a try.

2 slices white bread
1 slice bologna
2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter

Steps:

  • Brown bologna in frying pan, just enough for it to get hot. The trick is to make a few pinwheel slices so it doesn't shrink up.
  • Toast bread to your liking.
  • Spread peanut butter on warm bread and put bologna right on there.
  • I always wait a minute to eat for the peanut butter to get nice and melty.

I heard about this sandwich on a game show years ago. They asked the celebrities their favorite sandwich, this one was Betty White's. It's not your everyday peanut butter sandwich, but I've been eating them ever since.

1 tablespoon(s) peanut butter
1 or 2 slice(s) bologna
1 tablespoon(s) miracle whip
- lettuce leaves

Steps:

  • Toast 2 slices of bread your choice.
  • Spread 1 slice with Miracle Whip and the other with peanut butter. The amount of peanut butter and Miracle Whip is to your liking.
  • Add 1 or 2 slices of bologna and the lettuce leaves. Put it together and enjoy.
