PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY BURGER RECIPE
With tarty strawberry jam and creamy peanut butter, enjoy a sweet and nutty twist to your favorite comfort food with this 25-minute jelly burger recipe.

Steps:
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Combine the ground beef, dried cranberries, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl, then form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Cook the patties on the grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F.
- To Assemble:
- Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto the bottom layer of each roll, then top with 1 burger.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam on the top layer of each roll, then sprinkle with 1 tablespoon goat cheese.
- Place the strawberry jam-goat cheese-layered bun atop burger to make a sandwich. Serve and enjoy!
