- Spread the peanut butter onto one slice of bread. Spread the marshmallow creme onto the other slice. Place the bread topping-side-up onto a microwave-safe plate. Cook in the microwave on High for 30 seconds. Place the two halves together and serve.

This sandwich is totally addictive! It's amazing how well peanut butter and marshmallow creme go together so well on bread. I guess it would be the combining taste of something sweet and salty, smooth and sticky. Hope you enjoy this as much as I do. I usually can't stop with just one of these sandwiches. I sometimes have to have two. P.S. I don't use a lot of the marshmallow creme because it is so sweet. Usually a thin layer works well with any amount of peanut butter, but it's to your preference.

- Lay out your pieces of bread.
- Spread desired amount of peanut butter on one slice of bread.

- Spray rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, with cooking spray. Place margarine, peanut butter and marshmallows in large microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on High 1 minute 30 seconds to 3 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until mixture is melted and smooth when stirred. Stir in cereal until well coated.
- Press mixture in pan, using buttered back of spoon. Immediately make 24 indentations in rows (6x4) in mixture using handle of wooden spoon. Press peanut butter cups into indentations; cool. Cut into squares.

- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, evaporated milk and butter. Cook over medium heat stirring frequently until it comes to a boil. - Spread the marshmallow crème evenly over 4 slices of bread.
- Spread the peanut butter over the remaining 4 slices of bread.
- Add banana.
- put slices Together to make sandwiches. Using 1 tablespoon butter, evenly coat the tops of the sandwiches.
- In a large skillet, melt the remaining 1 tablespoon butter over medium-high heat. Place the sandwiches buttered-side up in the skillet and grill for about 1 minute.
- Turn the sandwiches over and grill for 1 more minute, or until golden.
- Serve immediately.

TOASTED MARSHMALLOW PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM SANDWICHES
Homemade toasted marshmallow peanut butter ice cream is sandwiched between soft peanut butter cookies in this sweet treat!

- Heat oven to 325°F. Remove cookies from package and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 16 to 18 minutes until golden brown. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet, then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.
- Heat oven broiler. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Arrange marshmallows in single layer on cookie sheet. Broil 5 to 6 inches from broiler flame, rotating cookie sheet as needed until marshmallows are evenly toasted.
- To blender, add toasted marshmallows, peanut butter, sugar, salt, half and half and vanilla. Blend on high 1 minute until smooth. Pour mixture into airtight container. Seal and refrigerate 3 hours until thoroughly chilled.
- Pour chilled mixture into ice cream maker. Churn according to manufacturer's directions. Transfer to airtight container. Seal and freeze 3 hours until firm.
- Scoop 3 to 4 tablespoons firm ice cream onto bottom side of 6 cookies. Top with remaining 6 cookies to form sandwiches. Working quickly, wrap each sandwich tightly in plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour.
