Peanut Butter and Jelly Cocktail (with Whiskey) image

This peanut butter and jelly cocktail uses Chambord liqueur and Skrewball peanut butter whiskey for a unique, nostalgic cocktail combo!

1 ounce of Chambord liqueur
2 ounces of Skrewball peanut butter whiskey
A large (ideally) round ice cube

Steps:

  • Place the ice cube ball in your glass.
  • Pour the Chambord over the ice cube.
  • Gently pour the Skrewball whiskey over the ice cube...you want it to create a layer on top of the Chambord, not fully mix.
  • Serve immediately (though I like to let mine chill a bit and the ice cube to melt a little for a bit of dilution).

These overnight oats are chock full of flavor, appealing to everyone, and almost hands-off. This is the perfect take-along breakfast!

1 ½ cups almond milk
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
¼ cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup, or more to taste
1 pinch coarse salt
¼ cup strawberry preserves
1 tablespoon peanut butter, or more to taste
½ cup sliced fresh strawberries
¼ cup slivered almonds

Steps:

  • Whisk together almond milk, oats, 1/4 cup peanut butter, chia seeds, maple syrup, and salt in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
  • Before serving, stir in strawberry preserves, remaining peanut butter, and more maple syrup if needed. Top with sliced strawberries and slivered almonds.
