CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PEANUTS

Steps:

• In a microwave-safe container, heat the chocolate chips on high for 30 seconds. Stir and heat again for another 30 seconds. Stir in the cayenne pepper. Pour the chocolate into the peanut-shaped mold to coat lightly. Quickly tip the mold over and pour out the excess chocolate. Set aside to harden.
• In a food processor, process the peanuts with the honey and peanut oil. Blend well for 1 minute. Fill the chocolate peanut mold with the blended peanut mixture just shy of the top of the mold. Reheat the left over chocolate in the microwave until melted and place in a piping bag. Pipe the chocolate over the top of the mold and shake or tap to level. Refrigerate for 5 minutes, and then remove the candies from the mold. Store at room temperature.

PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHUNK BARS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
• Beat butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together with an electric mixer in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat egg and vanilla extract into the butter mixture. Add peanut butter and beat until incorporated.
• Sift flour and baking soda together in a separate bowl; mix into the butter mixture. Fold chocolate chunks into the mixture.
• Spread the batter into a 13x9-inch baking dish.
• Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

PEANUT BUTTER-CHOCOLATE SANDWICH COOKIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 325°F.
• Mix egg, sugar and 1 cup peanut butter until blended.
• Roll into 24 balls; place, 4 inches apart, on baking sheets. Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork.
• Bake 16 to 18 min. or until lightly browned. (Do not overbake.) Cool 5 min. on baking sheets. Transfer to wire racks; cool completely.
• Meanwhile, microwave chocolate and remaining peanut butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. to 1 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred. Cool completely.
• Fill cookies with chocolate mixture to make 12 sandwich cookies.

PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE SNACK MIX RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, mix together the chocolate and peanut butter. Melt in microwave for 60 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, until smooth.
• Place the rice cereal in large bowl. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal and stir to coat.
• In a large plastic bag, add the powdered sugar and cereal. Seal the bag and shake until the cereal is well coated.
• Add the peanut butter chocolate candy and shake to incorporate.

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARS IV

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar, peanut butter and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring occasionally. Spread melted chocolate over the crumb crust. Chill for about 5 minutes, then cut into bars before the chocolate is completely set, then chill until ready to serve.

PEANUT-BUTTER-AND-MILK-CHOCOLATE SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Butter 4 slices pound cake. Place 2 slices, buttered side down, on a work surface. Top each with 1 1/2 teaspoons peanut butter and 1 tablespoon melted milk chocolate; top each with 1 slice pound cake, buttered side up. Heat a medium skillet over medium. Add sandwiches and cook, flipping once, until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Slice each sandwich into 4 pieces and serve warm.
