- Cook noodles according to package directions., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the pepperoni, pizza sauce, soup, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and oregano., Drain noodles; stir into skillet and heat through. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

- Place a 12-inch cast-iron skillet in the oven and preheat to 500 degrees F.
- Meanwhile, roll or stretch the dough into a 14-inch circle. Carefully remove the skillet from the oven. Drizzle two thirds of the olive oil into the skillet, then carefully transfer the dough to the skillet, pressing the dough up the edges. Spread the sauce over the dough, making sure to get all the way to the edges. Shingle the pepperoni over the sauce and top with the mozzarella pearls. Brush the exposed dough with the remaining olive oil. Bake on the bottom rack until golden brown, 12 to 14 minutes.
- Transfer to a cutting board, top with torn basil, cut into slices and serve.

- For sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients with 1/2 cup water in a medium bowl; set aside for flavors to develop while making crust. Freeze remaining paste .
- For crusts: Combine 2 cups of flour with the dry yeast, sugar and salt. Add the water and oil and mix until well blended (about 1 minute). Gradually add enough remaining flour slowly, until a soft, sticky dough ball is formed.
- Knead for about 4 minutes, on a floured surface, until dough is smooth and elastic. Add more flour, if needed. (If using RapidRise® Yeast, let dough rest, covered, for 10 minutes.)
- Divide dough in half. Pat each half (with floured hands) into a 12-inch greased pizza pan OR roll dough to fit pans.
- For pizzas: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Top crusts with sauce, pepperoni and cheese.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until crusts are browned and cheese is bubbly. For best results, rotate pizza pans between top and bottom oven racks halfway through baking.

- Microwave butter, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and red pepper flakes, covered, until butter is melted. Cut each dinner roll into thirds; roll each piece into a ball. Dip dough balls in butter mixture; place along outer edge of a 10-in. cast-iron skillet, leaving center open. Gently stack remaining balls on top of bottom layer, leaving some space between them. Cover and let rise until almost doubled, about 30 minutes., Preheat oven to 400°. Bake until dough balls are set and beginning to brown, 15-18 minutes., Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning and remaining garlic powder; spoon into center of skillet. - Stir in pizza sauce and soup, blend well.

- Add water to a large bowl. Add active dry yeast and whisk together. Add flour and salt and use the handle of a wooden spoon to stir until into a sticky dough. Add some olive oil to a baking pan or bowl. Transfer the dough into the oiled pan, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for approx. 2 hrs. at room temperature.
- In the meantime, make the tomato sauce. Add canned tomatoes to a liquid measuring cup. Add olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and use an immersion blender to purée into a smooth sauce.
- Preheat the oven to 250°C/475°F. Add some olive oil to a cast iron pan. Use a rubber spatula, or your hands, to grease the sides of the pan with the oil. Transfer half the dough to the pan. Use your hands to fold the edges of the dough towards the center a few times, then then flip the dough so the folded side is on the bottom. Use your fingers to gently spread the dough to fit the pan. Set aside for approx. 1 hr.
- Top pizza dough with half the tomato sauce, half the cheese, and half the pepperoni. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C/475°F for approx. 10 min. Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Repeat the process to use up remaining dough and toppings. Enjoy!
