Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until thoroughly combined and set aside.
- Combine the water and oil in a separate jug or cup.
- Slowly add the water mixture to the flour mixture, holding back a little in case you don't need it all.
- Using a wooden spoon, or your hands, mix until the dough should be soft, but not sticky. Add a splash more water if your dough is too dry.
- Lightly flour your work area and a rolling pin then roll dough into a 12-inch circle using your hands (to make 2 smaller pizzas, divide the dough into 2 and roll into 2 8 inch pizzas).
- Transfer the pizza base to a nonstick pizza base or large baking tray. Spoon the 5 Minute Pizza Sauce over the pizza base. Cover generously with a layer of cheese, pepperoni, and fresh oregano.
- Bake the pizza for 15 to 17 minutes, or until golden brown. Slice and enjoy!

EASY NO YEAST PIZZA DOUGH
I've made this several times and it always turns out good. Make sure you knead the dough for the required 5-7 minutes. I have added dried herbs and onion flakes right into the dough as well.

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 400'F.
- Place the flour, baking powder and the salt into a bowl. Make a well in the center and add the water and oil.
- Combine by gradually incorporating the flour into the olive oil and water. You may want to add a little more water if necessary.
- Transfer the dough to a floured board and knead it at least for 5-7 minutes.
- Let the dough rest in an air tight plastic bag while you prepare the toppings for your pizza.
- Once the toppings are made, set them aside and take the dough out of the plastic bag.
- Put a tiny bit of oil in the center of your pizza pan and with your hands and finger tips spread the dough to cover the pan. I use a 12 inch pizza pan. You could probably stretch it to 15 inches, but it would be a thinner crust.
- Place your pizza sauce on the dough and then cover with your favorite toppings.
- Pop it into the preheated oven. Check it after about 20 minutes to see how the crust is browning. Some ovens are hotter then others, so this is a good habit to get into.
- Bon Appetit!
- P.S.: If you change the ingredients in this recipe I can't guarantee it's going to turn out the way mine did. But, hey, experiment with it. Thanks for choosing my recipe!

Steps:
- Measure the yeast, sugar and lukewarm water in a small bowl and let it proof for about 5-10 minutes.
- Sift the flour in the bowl of a stand mixer.
- Add the yeast mixture and combine roughly with a sturdy wooden spoon or your stand mixer. The dough will have a "ragged" look. Let it stand for about 1 minute for the flour to hydrate.
- Add the salt and the oil.
- Attach the dough hook and knead for about 5-6 minutes. Dough pulls away from the sides of the mixing bowl when done.
- Alternatively, can be kneaded by hand.
- The dough can be used immediately, refrigerated or even frozen. Refer to the detailed explanation in the text.

EASY YEAST FREE PIZZA CRUST
This is my favorite pizza crust recipe. You can make it in matter of minutes. You can double to make a larger or thicker crust. I have also made mini crusts & froze them to use in the toaster oven. I update the amount of water, should have been 1/2 not 1/3. Slowly add water till you have a dough. May need less or more.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400
- Mix all ingredients together. Knead until workable & spreadable, about 2 minutes.Roll or spread the dough out to close to the desired size.
- Spray pan with PAM spray and then place crust on to pan and use fingers to nudge the crust into shape.
- Place in the oven for 4 minutes, to set the crust. You can skip this but I think helps the crust to stay crispier.
- Then top your pizza crust however you wish. Then complete the baking process.
