PESCADO AL AJILLO
Pescado al Ajillo (or Mexican Garlic Fish) is a simple yet flavorful dish. That rich, buttery sauce will make you want to lick your plate clean. Only a few ingredients and ready in under 20 MINUTES! What's not to love about that?!

Steps:
- Rinse and pat dry the tilapia filets.
- Add salt and pepper to both sides.
- In a large skillet, add the butter.
- Cook for 1 minute.
- Add the garlic.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the garlic slices from the skillet.
- Add the fish.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Squeeze lime juice all over the fish.
- Serve immediately. Top with the removed garlic slices and chopped cilantro (if using).

- Sazona los filetes de pescado con la sal y la pimienta.
- En un sartén antiadherente grande, calienta 2 cucharadas de mantequilla y 2 cucharadas de aceite a fuego medio-alto. Una vez que la mantequilla se derrita y burbujee, añade los filetes sin encimarlos (los puedes cocinar por partes).
- Sella los filetes de 1 a 2 minutos por lado. Antes de voltearlos, pasa una espátula de metal por abajo del pescado para asegurarte que todavía haya aceite y mantequilla abajo para poder voltearlo fácilmente. Voltéalo y cocina de 1 a 2 minutos del otro lado, o hasta que el pescado esté cocido y se deshaga con un tenedor.
- Pon los filetes de pescado cocidos en un platón.
- Añade la cucharada restante de mantequilla y la de aceite al sartén, raspando el fondo para despegar todo. Añade el ajo y los chiles guajillo, revuelve y cocina por menos de un minuto antes de agregar las almendras fileteadas. Revuelve mientras se doran, pero no más de un minuto. Pon la mezcla encima del pescado y sírvelo con limones partidos y di a tus invitados que los expriman en los filetes antes de comérselos.
