This casserole make the perfect side dish. Easy to make and great for any occasion.

Number Of Ingredients 9

Ingredients

1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup evaporated milk (could use regular milk)
1 stick or 8 tablespoons or 1/2 cup butter (melted)
2 cups fresh or frozen whole kernel corn (no need to thaw)
1 14.75 ounce can creamed corn
2 eggs

Steps:

In a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Add milk, melted butter, frozen and creamed corn. Stir with a spoon. Add eggs and stir.
Pour into a casserole dish. I used a 10 x 10 casserole dish and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes until the center is set and casserole is brown around the edges.
I usually stir this halfway through the cooking process. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

2 eggs
18 saltines, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Steps:

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
Pour into buttered 1 or 2 qt baking dish.
Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.

1 (11 ounce) can Mexican-style corn
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
2 tablespoons chopped green chilies
2 tablespoons sliced green olives

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 1-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
Mix corn, Cheddar cheese, black olives, green chilies, and green olives together in a bowl; pour into prepared casserole dish.
Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 25 minutes.

1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, with liquid
1 (14.75 ounce) can cream style corn
1 cup small uncooked seashell pasta
½ cup butter, cut into pieces
1 cup cubed processed cheese

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium baking dish, mix the whole kernel corn, cream style corn, uncooked pasta, butter, and processed cheese.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove cover, stir, and continue baking 30 minutes, or until the pasta is tender but firm.

My husband came back from a friends house telling me about the best corn casserole he has ever eaten( I am not a big fan of corn). He insisted that I call my friend Sherri and get the recipe. I did and I loved it!!!

Ingredients

10 ounces frozen shoe peg corn
8 ounces sour cream
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
townhouse cracker
butter (just a few pats for the top)

Steps:

Mix first four ingredients and place in a 8x8 baking dish. I usually add salt and pepper to the mixture, but Sherri doesn't. Crumble one sleeve of Townhouse crackers on top covering completely. Place a few pats of butter on the top and bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
