Pimento Cheese Dip (KETO) image

Pimento cheese dip with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sweet pimentos and diced jalapenos is a thick southern dip perfect to spread on crackers or dunk with chips. Delicious, easy, creamy and hearty- all the makings of a GREAT dip.

2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 oz Jar of Pimentos (drained)
1 8 oz block of Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 seeded and diced Jalapeno pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all your prepped ingredients in a bowl
  • Mix with a hand mixer on medium until the cream cheese is broken in and all ingredients are combined together
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge
