Blend of pineapple juice, orange sherbet and sparkling Moscato. Only 3 ingredients transforms the basic mimosas into a creamy, dreamy combination that will wow your guests at your next brunch. Even though the recipe states, at wine to blender -I was concerned I'd loose the fizz so added it after blending and stirred, worked well

- Place the first 4 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until sugar is dissolved. Transfer to an 8-in. square dish; freeze, covered, 6 hours or overnight., To serve, place 1/4 cup orange mixture in each champagne glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with strawberries or oranges; serve immediately.

- Divide a bottle of champagne among 4 glasses. Stir together 1/4 cup pineapple juice and 1/4 cup orange juice; pour over the champagne. Top each mimosa with 1/2 tablespoon orange liqueur. Garnish with orange and pineapple wedges.

Make these handsome, refreshing Pineapple Mimosas -- a version of the classic orange juice-champagne combination -- with or without alcohol. While typically an orange juice and Champagne beverage, this version has other fruity flavors of lime and pineapple. Time not given for the advance chilling as it can be as long as you want.

- Combine pineapple juice concentrate, limeade concentrate, and water.
- Chill well.
- Before serving, carefully add champagne (and/or apple juice).
- Add ice or, if desired, Strawberry Ice Cubes to each pitcher before serving. Makes about 3 quarts or 12 servings.
- STRAWBERRY ICE CUBES:
- Fill two ice cube trays with cleaned fresh strawberries (halve or quarter any larger berries if necessary). Add water. Freeze until firm.
