This comes from the June 2009 issue of Bon Appétit magazine. Cook time is chilling time, but its best to make this a day ahead. Posted for Mexico - ZWT #5.

Ingredients

1 (750 ml) bottle rose wine
4 (6 ounce) cans pineapple juice
2 (11 1/2 ounce) cans guava nectar
4 cinnamon sticks
2 cups fresh pineapple, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
2 oranges, halved through stem end and sliced thinly, crosswise
ice cube

Steps:

Mix first 5 ingredients in a large pitcher.
Save out some of the orange slices (about 12) for garnishing and add the remaining slices to pitcher.
Cover and chill for at least 6 hours, but preferrably overnight.
Fill glasses with ice, pour sangria over, garnish with remaining orange slices, and serve.

Steps:

Add all ingredients to a large pitcher and serve in pretty glasses over ice

This fun and yummy pink sangria is great for brunch or a shower. I always get tons of requests for this recipe, and the pink color along with the strawberries is so festively fun! Serve with lime wedges or wheels. Feel free to eyeball ingredient measurements or adjust to taste.

2 (10 ounce) packages frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 (750 milliliter) bottles chilled rose wine, such as white Zinfandel
2 cups pineapple juice
1 liter ginger ale

Steps:

Stir the strawberries, lemonade concentrate, rose wine, and pineapple juice in a punch bowl until combined. Stir in the ginger ale just before serving.

Ingredients

2 (750 milliliter) bottles Sauvignon Blanc
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup triple sec
½ cup brandy
½ cup chopped fresh pineapple
½ cup chopped orange
1 lemon, seeded and chopped
¼ cup chopped lime
2 cups lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage (such as 7-Up®)

Steps:

Mix Sauvignon Blanc, pineapple juice, triple sec, and brandy together in a large pitcher. Add chopped pineapple, orange, lemon, and lime. Cover and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
Stir in lemon-lime soda before serving.

8 ounces kumquat, sliced in half
4 cups red grapes, sliced in half

Steps:

Add the rosé and brandy to a large pitcher. Add the kumquats, grapes and pineapple rings. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours and up to overnight.
Serve in chilled white wine glasses.
