This is an easy girlie drink made up by a good friend after she had one at a bar. Pineapple juice and vanilla vodka in a martini glass. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a cherry.

- Place ice in large size/deep martini glass to chill and set aside.
- In your favorite shaker pour southern comfort then pineapple juice over ice.
- Shake Shake Shake!
- Empty ice from martini glass and pour drink ( strained ) into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with lime slice.

- To make the icepop: In a large bowl, combine the puree, water and lemon juice. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the directions for your machine to freeze the guanabana mix to the consistency of a sorbet. Once the mixture has become somewhat solid, pour the icepop mix into an ice cube tray and insert the cinnamon sticks. They will act as the handles of the icepop. Place in a freezer and freeze until solid, about 8 to 10 hours.
- To make the martini: Fill a martini shaker with ice. Pour the gin and pineapple juice into the shaker. Cover and shake for 1 minute. Place the icepop into a chilled martini glass and strain the martini over it.

One of my favorite drinks is a Recipe#247262 martini, made popular by The Capital Grille. Pineapple is sliced and put into a large, glass jar. The jar is then filled with Stoli vodka and left to sit for seven days. You can't touch it until day eight. The result is no bite- just a nice, pineapple taste. If you can't wait till the 8th day then try this recipe. ; )
