NACHO PIZZA
It is exactly what it sounds like - all the toppings you'd get on a plate of nachos on a thin pizza crust! Add your own favorites to customize the recipe, like guacamole, refried beans, etc.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- Cook beef in a large skillet under no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain. Stir in seasoning mix until evenly combined.
- Place pizza crust on a work surface. Spread queso dip evenly over the crust. Top with Cheddar cheese, cooked beef mixture, jalapeno, and green onions. Spoon salsa onto the pizza in random spots, making sure it's not mixed in with the other toppings. Sprinkle crushed tortilla chips on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven directly on the middle oven rack until cheese is hot and melted, about 8 minutes. Serve with sour cream.

- Prepare pizza dough according to package directions. Coat a 12-in. pizza pan with cooking spray; sprinkle with cornmeal. With floured hands, press dough onto pan. Bake at 425° for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned., Meanwhile, in a small skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. - Preheat the oven to 400˚F (200˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly flour a clean surface. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into 4 strips, then cut each strip into 8 triangles. Transfer the triangles to the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, oregano, garlic powder and crushed red pepper.
- Brush the seasoned oil over the pizza dough triangles.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the chips are crispy and golden brown. Remove the chips from the oven and leave the oven on.
- Layer half of the chips in a large cast iron skillet or on a baking sheet. Spoon on half of the marinara sauce, then top with half of the mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and tomatoes. Layer on the remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Top the nachos with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and the basil, then serve.

- Preheat oven to 375°. Line a large baking sheet with foil.
- On the prepared baking sheet, add about half of the chips. Drizzle about half the pizza sauce over the chips, then top with half of the mozzarella, half the pepperoni, bell pepper, black olives, and Parmesan . Repeat to make another layer with remaining ingredients.

- Split bread lengthwise. Hollow the bread out and cut each half in half across, making 4 boats.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add oil, 1 turn of the pan, garlic and hot peppers. Drain beans. Add half of the beans then mash the remainder of the beans in the can using a fork. Add mashed beans to the pan and combine with whole beans. Season beans with hot sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. When the spicy beans are hot through, spread them evenly across all of the bread. Top with salsa and liberally sprinkle with cheese, covering bread to all edges. The boats will only be half-full. Melt cheese in the oven until it bubbles and begins to brown.
- Top Nacho Bread Pizzas with lettuce, olives, onions and tomatoes and serve. You can pick it up with your hands, but eat over the plate (or the kitchen sink, like me).
