Steps:
- 1. Assemble your dessert shots parfait-style.
- 2. Chocolate Mousse Shooters: Crush oreos ziploc bag with rolling pin. Layer as follows: oreos, mousse, chocolate sauce; repeat layers; top with whip cream and sprinkle crushed oreos and drizzle chocolate sauce.
- 3. Sundae Shooters: Layer as follows: hot fudge/strawberry sauce, ice cream, fruit; repeat layers; top with whip cream and fruit.
- 4. Cheesecake Shooters: Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, cinnamon and brown sugar. Layer as follows: graham crackers, cheesecake filling, strawberry sauce; repeat layers; top with whip cream and drizzle with strawberry sauce.

PMS RELIEF DESSERT SHOOTERS
I don't have to say how or why these dessert shooters were created. lol They go well at any ladies function, party or get together. For that fact, kids like them too. All three of my nephews have enjoyed them. These are a necessary dessert at times, so it is a good one for guys to make for their ladies too. smile...... Super easy and exceptionally yummy at certain times of the month. LOL Ladies, I hope you enjoy my PMS Relief dessert shooters. :-)

- These shooters you have to work fast and serve fast. You could prep the shooter glasses with ice cream first which would be fine.
- One layer vanilla ice cream and next layer of chocolate or just one layer of any flavor. Add your hot fries and a strip of chocolate to the center. Add your spoons and serve to your lady friends who are craving some salty sweet desserts. :-)

Cravings be gone! Whip up a batch of these deliciously sweet and salty bites, then pop 'em in the freezer for emergencies. They are simple, salty, peanut buttery, and full of marshmallow Fluff. Steps:
- 1. Spread peanut butter on one Ritz crackers.
- 2. Then add marshmallow cream to another cracker.
- 3. Sandwich both together.
- 4. Place cookies on waxed paper and allow to harden. (I find that if you put the paper or Silpat on a cookie sheet and place it in the freezer for 5 minutes, the cookies harden up faster!).
- 5. Melt chocolate bark (I like Ghirardelli the best) in a microwave or double boiler.
- 6. Dip sandwiched cookies into chocolate, covering both sides. After they harden, store in an airtight container.
- 7. Enjoy!
