½ teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
½ teaspoon dried sage, crushed
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
4 (4 ounce) boneless pork loin chops
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup seedless raspberry jam
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
4 sprigs fresh thyme

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C). In a small bowl, combine crushed thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Rub evenly over pork chops.
  • Melt butter and olive oil in a nonstick skillet. Cook pork chops for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, turning once. Remove from skillet and keep warm in preheated oven.
  • In the skillet, combine raspberry jam, orange juice, and vinegar. Bring to a boil, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until sauce is reduced to desired consistency (sauce will thicken as it cools). Spoon sauce in a pool onto a serving plate, and top with pork chops. Garnish with sprigs of thyme.

3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon each ground ginger, nutmeg and cloves
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Place roast on a greased rack in a shallow roasting pan. Rub with 3/4 teaspoon salt, sage and pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1-1/2 hours or until a thermometer reads 160°., Meanwhile, drain raspberries, reserving juice. Set aside 1/3 cup berries. In a sieve, mash remaining berries with the back of a spoon; reserve pulp and discard seeds. , In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and remaining salt. 1 tablespoon olive oil
8 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick)
1/2 cup raspberry vinegar, divided
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon fresh or dried parsley

4 -5 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
1/3 cup raspberry vinegar
1/4 cup Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard

  • Melt butter in large skillet over medium high heat. Add pork chops and cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until browned.

1/4 cup fresh raspberries

8 ounces bronco bob's roasted raspberry chipotle sauce
5 pork chops, thin cut
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 bell pepper, green, sliced thin
3 green onions, sliced in 1/4-inch pieces

Steps:

  • place chops in single layer in a 9x13 glass dish.
  • gently sprinkle both sides of chops with seasonings to taste (measurements were estimated).
  • drizzle raspberry chipotle sauce over the top of chops.
  • top with sliced green onion and bell pepper.
  • marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, covered tightly in foil.
