- Coloca la fruta en un recipiente decorativo de vidrio de 2 cuartillos de capacidad; enfría en la nevera hasta el momento de usar.
- Haz hervir 1/3 taza del agua en una cacerola pequeña; viértela en una taza para medir, grande y de vidrio. Agrega la gelatina en polvo y revuelve durante 2 minutos o hasta que se haya disuelto. Agrega la suficiente cantidad de agua fría hasta alcanzar la marca de 1 taza. Vierte esto sobre la fruta; mantenla en la nevera.
- Coloca, entretanto, las 2 tazas de agua restantes y el arroz en una cacerola mediana. Hazlo hervir a fuego medio; tapa. Reduce el fuego a bajo; mantén un hervor suave durante 20 minutos o hasta que el agua se haya absorbido y el arroz esté blando. Agrega la leche y el azúcar y revuelve; cocina a fuego medio-bajo por 5 minutos o hasta que esté cremoso, revolviendo constantemente. Déjalo enfriar por completo. Agrega la cobertura y revuelve suavemente.
- Coloca con una cuchara el arroz con leche sobre la fruta. Si lo deseas, decora el postre con más fruta.
