"This recipe was in a cookbook my mom gave me when I got married," recalls Eileen Stegall of Omaha, Nebraska. "I have added a few of my own touches. When I take it to a potluck, I always get requests for the recipe."

3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives, drained
1/3 cup pimiento-stuffed olives
8 flour tortillas (10 inches)
2-1/4 pounds shaved deli ham

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise and Italian dressing until smooth. Stir in green pepper, onions and olives. , Spread about 1/2 cup over one tortilla. Top with a seventh of the ham. Repeat six times. Top with remaining tortilla. Cover and chill overnight. Cut into wedges.

24 ounces cream cheese
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
1 green pepper, finely chopped
3 green onions, finely chopped
2 1/4 ounces chopped ripe olives, drained
8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
2 1/4 lbs shaved deli ham

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese, mayo and salad dressing together till smooth, stir in green pepper, onion and olives.
  • On a plate, place 1 tortilla, spread with about 1/2 Cup of cheese mixture and 1/7th of the ham.
  • Repeat six times and top with last tortilla.
  • Cover and chill 2 hours or over night, cut into wedges to serve.

⅔ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Italian salad dressing
1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
3 medium (4-1/8" long)s green onions, finely chopped
1 (2.25 ounce) can chopped ripe olives, drained
⅓ cup chopped stuffed olives
8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
2 ¼ pounds shaved deli ham

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise and Italian dressing until smooth. Stir in green pepper, onions and olives. Spread about 1/2 cup over one tortilla. Top with a seventh of the ham. Repeat six times. Top with remaining tortilla. Cover and chill overnight. Cut into wedges.

I got this from some magazine and have added and adapted it, so feel free to add or subtract what sounds good to you!

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 lb ground beef
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can black beans
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn, drained
16 ounces salsa
corn tortilla
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mexican rice
sour cream
lettuce
tomatoes

Steps:

  • Pre-Heat Oven to 350°F.
  • Cook and drain hamburger meat.
  • Cook mexican rice per directions on package.
  • Mash beans (unless prefered whole).
  • Add corn and salsa to beans.
  • Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  • Place tortillas on the bottom.
  • Continue layering meat, bean mixture, rice, and cheese.
  • Then tortillas etc. until you end with cheese on top
  • Bake until cheese is melted and layers are hot/warm.
  • Top with sour cream, tomatoes, and lettuce as desired.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped fully cooked ham
8 flour tortillas (8 inches), room temperature

Steps:

  • Beat first four ingredients until blended. Stir in cheddar cheese and ham. Spread over tortillas. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic., Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. To serve, remove plastic wrap. Trim ends; cut into 1/2-in. slices.
