vegetable oil cooking spray
2 3/4 cups italian pasta sauce, homemade
1/2 cup water
1 package frozen cheese ravioli
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
grated cheese and parsley, optional as garnish

Steps:

  • heat oven to 375 spray a 13x9x2 inch glass casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • stir the sauce and water in a large bowl. spread 1 cup of sauce in the prepared dish. top with 1/2 the ravioli. 3/4 c of the mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of the sauce. top with remaining ravioli and sauce, and cover.
  • bake for 35 mins, uncover the dish and top with remaining cheese.
  • bake for 10 more mins or until hot and bubbly. take out. let stand 10 mins before serving.
  • garnish with parm cheese and parsley.

1 (25.6 ounce) jar Prego® Italian Sausage & Garlic Italian Sauce
½ cup water
1 (30 ounce) package frozen regular size cheese-filled ravioli
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Stir sauce and water in large bowl. Spread 1 cup sauce mixture in baking dish. Top with 1/2 the ravioli, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 1 cup sauce mixture. Top with remaining ravioli and sauce mixture. Cover baking dish.
  • Bake 35 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbling. Uncover baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.

1 pound ground beef
1 jar (28 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1 package (25 ounces) frozen sausage or cheese ravioli
1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Minced fresh basil, optional

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. In a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish, layer a third of the spaghetti sauce, half of the ravioli and beef, and 1/2 cup cheese; repeat layers. Top with remaining sauce and cheese., Cover and bake at 400° until heated through, 40-45 minutes. If desired, top with basil to serve.
