Steps:
- Add the Raspberry Syrup and lemon juice to the bottom of a champagne flute. Fill the glass with prosecco.
- Place the sugar and 2 cups water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the lemon juice and raspberries and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries have broken down, about 10 minutes. Pour the mixture through a strainer and return to the pot. Simmer over medium heat until the syrup has thickened, about 10 minutes more. Let cool completely, then pour into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up 2 weeks.

- Cranberry Pomegranate Prosecco Cocktail. This gorgeous drink is perfect for any time of year, but it looks particularly festive during the Christmas holidays.
- Prosecco Margarita. The Prosecco margarita takes the traditional tart and tangy recipe for a margarita and adds four ounces of Prosecco. Everything else pretty much stays the same.

- Prosecco Mimosa. Thanks to the grenadine and the bubbly Prosecco, these Prosecco mimosas look like an icy sunrise in a glass. They’re beautiful and will easily be the centerpiece of any table.
- Sparkling Raspberry Martini. I’ve always thought of martinis as classy, and this one, with its red hue and bubbles, is more refined than most. You’ll make it with both Prosecco and raspberry vodka; plus, you’ll add raspberry syrup (to taste), white sugar, and fresh raspberries.

- Pink French 75 Cocktail. This drink tastes a bit like the pink gin fizz above, but it has less lemon juice and fresh raspberries, so it’s a bit sweeter.
