Steps:
- 1. Place peanut butter and honey in a saucepan over low heat and stir for one minute or until melted and combined.
- 2. Place cereal, hemp and chia seeds in a bowl and stir to combine.
- 3. Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal and stir to throughly coat the cereal evenly.
- 4. Pour mixture into a greased and parchment lined 8x8 inch baking dish.
- 5. Using a spatula press the mixture into the pan until top is smooth, flat and even.
- 6. Allow bars to thoroughly cool, about 15 minutes.
- 7. Cut into bars.
- *bars can be kept covered on a counter for 3-4 days or refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

- In a large bowl, weigh out the 3.5 cups of cereal and set aside. Take a 9x13 dish (or 8x8 if you're going that route- see the breakdown above) and lightly spray with nonstick spray. The process goes quickly, so we want to have the dish ready to go.
- Take a large pot and put it on the stove over low heat (we're going to be adding all the cereal to the pot, so make sure it is large enough). Add the butter and let that melt, which should only take one minute.
- Add the marshmallows to the pot, stirring consistently to prevent burning. Continue until there are no lumps left and the marshmallows are completely melted.
- Add one scoop of protein to the pot and stir it in to fully mix it. This is going to leave us with a thick sauce that looks almost like melted white chocolate.
