6 cups apple juice
1 (30 ounce) can pumpkin pie mix
4 cups schwan's premium vanilla ice cream
1 liter diet lemon-lime soda, chilled
1/4 lb soft butter

Steps:

  • In large bowl, combine apple juice and pumpkin pie mix; chill. In large punch bowl, just before serving, combine pumpkin mixture and ice cream; stir until smooth. Gently stir in soda. 32 (4-oz. ) servings.
