PUPPY CHOW

Steps:

• In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate; add peanut butter and mix until smooth.
• Remove from heat, add cereal and stir until coated.
• Pour powdered sugar into large plastic bag, add coated cereal and shake until well coated. Store in airtight container.

PUPPY CHOW I

Steps:

• Melt the peanut butter with the butter or margarine and the milk chocolate. Pour over the cereal and toss until well coated.
• Place the coated cereal in a large paper sack then add the confectioners' sugar, fold down the top of the bag and shake to coat.

PUPPY CHOW RECIPE

Steps:

• In a large bowl, add the Chex cereal and set aside.
• In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval. Do this until the mixture is fully melted.
• Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal, and mix well to combine.
• Add the powdered sugar to a large (1 or 2 gallon size) zipper-topped bag.
• Add the chocolate coated cereal to the bag, seal the top, and toss to combine well.
• Spread the coated cereal out on a cookie sheet until the chocolate has set, about 15 minutes.

PUPPY CHOW SNACK MIX

Steps:

• Melt chocolate chips, butter & peanut butter over medium heat. Stir to blend.
• Pour over Crispix in large bowl.
• Pour confectioners sugar in paper grocery bag.
• Add Crispix and shake vigorously until it breaks apart. Serve in new doggie dish.

PUPPY CHOW

Steps:

• Pour the mixture on top of the cereal and gently stir until all the cereal is coated.
• If your bowl has a lid, pour the powdered sugar on top of the cereal mixture (alternately you can do this in a large 2- gallon sized zip-top bag). Cover or seal and gently shake until the powdered sugar coats all the cereal. Break up clumps as they form and shake again.

PUPPY CHOW CANDY

Steps:

• Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine in a pot over low heat on the stove stirring until smooth.
• Stir in vanilla.
• In a large tupperware bowl with a lid, first pour in cereal, and then add chocolate mixture, stirring until cereal is well coated.
• Sprinkle icing sugar, one cup at a time, onto coated cereal, seal with lid, and shake until cereal is well coated.
• Cereal should look white by the time you are done.
• Keep stored in a tightly sealed bowl.

PUPPY CHOW SNACK MIX

Steps:

• Pour the cereal in a large bowl.
• Place the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a medium-size glass bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals until the chips begin to lose their shape. Stir until melted and smooth. (You can also do this in a small saucepan over low heat.) Stir in the vanilla. Pour over the cereal and stir gently until it's coated. Transfer to a large zip-top bag or airtight container.
• Sift half of the powdered sugar over the cereal, close securely, and shake well. Repeat with the remaining powdered sugar.
• Spread onto a baking sheet and let stand until cool, separating any large clumps.
• Store in an airtight container.

EASY PUPPY CHOW

Steps:

• Pour cereal into a very large bowl. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Microwave on high 30 seconds. Stir gently. Continue microwaving on high, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and blended. Pour over cereal; gently stir to coat, In batches, place confectioners' sugar in a gallon-sized bag, add cereal mixture and shake until well coated. Spread cereal out on a baking sheet. Let stand until set. Store in airtight containers.
