Steps:
- Place the chopped beef tips in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top and stir until the beef is well coated.
- Add in both the french onion soup and the golden mushroom soup.
- Stir until well combined. Cover the crock pot with the lid and cook on high for 4 hours.
- When ready serve warm over steamed rice.

In a large skillet, heat 1 teaspoon oil over medium-high heat; brown meat in batches, adding more oil as needed. Transfer meat to slow cooker., Add wine to skillet, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Stir in broth and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat. Cook, covered, on low 6-8 hours or until meat is tender., In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and cold water until smooth; gradually stir into slow cooker. Cook, covered, on high until gravy is thickened, 15-30 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.

- 1. Place stew beef in crock pot.
- 2. Pour mushroom soup and onion soup mix on top of beef.
- 3. Add 2 soup cans of water.
- 4. Add garlic and pepper.
- 5. Mix all ingredients in crock pot.
- 6. Cook on high for 1 hour and then lower setting to low, cook an additional 3 hours. Or cook on low for 6-8 hours. I cook on high for an hour to speed up the cooking process, because I usually don't remember to start dinner until lunch time.
- 7. Add rice and peas. If you are short in time, you can cook rice and peas separately, and then serve.
- 8. Cook an additional 2 hours.
- 9. Enjoy!
