Raspberry Vanilla Jello Salad is one of the easiest recipes you will ever make and it's perfect as a side dish or even dessert!

Ingredients

1 box (5.1 oz instant vanilla pudding)
32 oz. container vanilla yogurt
8 oz. container Cool Whip (thawed)
1 pkg. frozen raspberries ((12 ounces))

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine the pudding mix and the vanilla yogurt, stirring until well mixed.
Fold Cool Whip into the mixture. (You can use a spatula or a whisk!)
Lastly, fold in the raspberries. I had set mine out for about 10 minutes before making the salad, but you can put them in frozen and they will thaw very quickly so you can serve the salad right after mixing. If you don't serve the salad immediately, the raspberries will thaw more and the juices will add a raspberry flavor to the entire mixture - I like it both ways!

This light and fluffy raspberry fluff is the jello salad that everyone loves!

3 cups water
3 oz package instant vanilla pudding
3 oz package instant, or cook and serve tapioca pudding
3 oz package raspberry jello
8 - 12 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed (cool whip)
1 pint fresh raspberries, plus extra for topping

Steps:

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Whisk in pudding mixes and jello. Return to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat, pour into a container, and cool completely.
Refrigerate jello mixture for several hours or overnight. Gently fold in cool whip and raspberries, being careful not to stir to vigorously. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
Top with additional raspberries and serve.

Ingredients

4.6 ounces cook and serve vanilla pudding mix (1 package, (Instant Pudding will NOT work))
6 ounces raspberry Jell-o (1 package)
3 cups water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
16 ounces cool whip (1 container, (lite or fat-free is fine))
3 cups raspberries ((sometimes I add blackberries and blueberries too! Any fresh/frozen berries will do))

Steps:

Mix together pudding, Jell-o, water, and lemon juice in saucepan over medium heat until it boils.
Once it comes to a full rolling boil, remove from heat and pour into large bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until mixture has thickened (about 3 hours).
With an electric mixer, beat jello until creamy. Gently fold in Cool Whip.
Then add in raspberries until completely mixed together.
Stick back into the fridge and chill for about an hour before serving.
