Steps:

pour hot water over weetabix.
either heat the milk slightly or leave it cold and pour over, add more if necessary.
sprinkle with sugar.
eat.

Put weetabix and sultanas in a bowl, pour over milk and water and leave to soak up all liquid. Stir in mixed spice, flour, sweetener and beaten egg
Spoon mixture into lined loaf tin. Bake for 1hour 15 mins
Let cool then cut into 12 slices.
