1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup bleu cheese salad dressing
1/2 cup frank's redhot buffalo wing sauce or 1/2 cup frank's redhot original cayenne pepper sauce
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (about 2 ounces) or 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 ounces)
2 (9 3/4 ounce) cans swanson premium white chicken meat packed in water, drained
assorted fresh vegetables or cracker

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Stir the cream cheese in a 9 inches deep dish pie plate with a fork or wish until smooth. Stir in dressing, wing sauce and blue cheese. Stir in chicken.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbly. Stir before serving. Serve with vegetables and crackers for dipping.

1/2 cup Blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup any flavor FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sauce
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cans (12.5 ounces each) SWANSON® White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained

Steps:

  • 1 HEAT oven to 350ºF. Place cream cheese into deep baking dish. Stir until smooth. 2 MIX in salad dressing, Frank's RedHot sauce and cheese. Stir in chicken. 3 BAKE 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through; stir. Garnish as desired. Serve with crackers or cut up vegetables. 4 Makes 4 cups dip 5 MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Prepare as above Place in microwave-safe dish. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 5 minutes until hot, stirring halfway through cooking. 6 TIPS: You may substitute 2 cups shredded cooked chicken. 7 SLOW COOKER METHOD: Combine ingredients as directed above. Place mixture into small slow cooker. Cover pot. Heat on HIGH setting for 1 1/2 hours until hot and bubbly or on LOW setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. There are a lot of Buffalo chicken dip recipes but I feel certain this is one of the very best. Made with freshly cooked chicken, this is way better than recipes that call for the canned stuff. It's super rich and creamy with the perfect amount of tang. I highly recommend the optional blue cheese crumbles on top! Great served at room temperature so it's perfect for a party. Serve with celery and carrot sticks or corn chips.

3 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
cooking spray
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot ®)
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
⅓ cup crumbled blue cheese
3 stalks green onion, green parts only, thinly sliced
