1 package (1.4 oz) fat-free, sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
1 3/4 cups fat-free milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 of a package (8 oz) fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/2 of a container (8 oz) Cool Whip lite frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (6 oz) chocolate-flavor crumb pie shell
1 cup fresh raspberries or Cascadian Farm™ frozen organic raspberries, thawed
1 tablespoon grated semisweet chocolate

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, prepare pudding mix according to package directions using the 1 3/4 cups milk. Stir in vanilla; set aside.
  • Place cream cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on 100% power (high) for 15 seconds; stir. Microwave on 100% power (high) for 15 seconds more. Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed for 15 seconds. Add half of the pudding mixture; beat until smooth. Add the remaining pudding mixture; beat until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread mixture in pie shell. Chill 4 to 24 hours or until set.
  • Top individual servings with the remaining whipped topping, the raspberries, and grated chocolate.

1 cup fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt, softened
2 cups fat-free milk
1 package (1.4 ounces) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
1 package (1 ounce) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed, divided
Chocolate curls, optional
1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust (9 inches)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, whisk yogurt until soft and smooth. Gradually whisk in milk until blended. Add pudding mixes; whisk 2 minutes longer. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set., Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Transfer to crust. Top with remaining whipped topping and chocolate curls if desired. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

1 (6 ounce) ready-made chocolate cookie pie crust
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, divided
4 (1 5/8 ounce) milk chocolate candy bars, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate-covered toffee bits, divided
2 cups Cool Whip, frozen topping thawed

Steps:

  • Place the chopped chocolate candy bars in a small bowl; set aside.
  • Microwave 1/2 cup whipping cream for 1-1/2 minutes on HIGH then pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate, let stand 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  • Using an electric mixer beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth.
  • Add remaining 1/4 cup of cream then gently beat in chocolate mixture.
  • Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate covered toffee bits.
  • Pour the filling into prepared chocolate crust.
  • Spread the 2 cups Cool Whip thawed topping over filling then top with remaining toffee bits.
  • Refrigerate for 2 or more hours before serving.
