MAMIE EISENHOWER'S MILLION DOLLAR FUDGE

Steps:

• In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, bring the sugar, salt, butter and evaporated milk to a boil. Boil for 6 minutes.
• Meanwhile, place the pecans, marshmallow fluff and chocolate in a large bowl. Pour the boiled syrup over the chocolate mixture. Beat until chocolate is all melted.
• Spray a 15 1/2 by 10 1/2 by 1-inch jelly-roll pan with a nonstick cooking spray and pour fudge into pan. Let harden at room temperature before cutting into 1-inch squares (can be placed in the refrigerator or freezer to speed hardening process).

HOT FUDGE ICE CREAM BAR DESSERT

Steps:

• Pour the chocolate syrup into a medium microwave-safe bowl and microwave until hot, about 2 minutes on high, stopping every 30 seconds. Do not allow to boil. Stir peanut butter into hot chocolate until smooth. Allow to cool to room temperature.
• Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish with a layer of ice cream sandwiches. Spread half the whipped topping over the sandwiches. Spoon half the chocolate mixture over that. Top with half the peanuts. Repeat layers. Freeze until firm, at least 1 hour. Cut into squares to serve.

Steps:

• Melt ice cream in measuring cup in microwave.
• Chop up chocolate chunks into smaller pieces.
• and place into double boiler pan. Melt chocolate until smooth, stirring constantly.
• Add melted ice cream and stir until combined. At first it will start to stiffen on you but then is able to be stirred again.
• Add nuts and stir until combined.
• Place in sprayed 8X8" glass dish and put in fridge until set.

FUDGY ROCKY ROAD ICE CREAM

Steps:

• In large bowl, beat chocolate, Condensed Milk and vanilla until well blended.
• Stir in remaining ingredients.
• Pour into ice cream freezer container.
• Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
• Freeze leftovers.

HOT FUDGE ICE CREAM TOPPING

Steps:

• In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa. Stir in the milk; add butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; cook and stir for 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers., To reheat: Place sauce in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until smooth.

FUDGY ICE CREAM DESSERT

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine cookie crumbs and butter until crumbly. Set aside 1/2 cup for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. dish. Freeze for 30 minutes. Spread ice cream over crust. Cover and freeze for 2-1/2 hours., Sprinkle peanuts over ice cream. Cover and freeze for 1 hour. Spread with whipped topping (pan will be very full). Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight. , May be frozen for up to 2 months. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares. Serve with hot fudge topping.
