My chewy fiber bars with a complex taste are extremely addictive. For clean slices, spray a pizza cutter with cooking spray before cutting.-Richard Cole, Richmond, Texas

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs, room temperature, beaten
2 cups Fiber One bran cereal
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Whisk together condensed milk and eggs; mix in remaining ingredients. Firmly press mixture evenly into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish., Bake, uncovered, until edges are golden brown, 25-30 minutes. Cool completely in dish on a wire rack. Chill 1 hour; cut into bars. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.

2 tablespoons milk
1 onion, chopped
2 slices cooked ham, chopped
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 to taste salt and pepper to taste
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
2 1/2 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Stir in onion, ham, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Melt butter in a large frying pan or skillet over medium high heat. Add eggs and cook, without stirring, until eggs begin to set. At that point, stir the eggs until roughly scrambled. Keep doing this until eggs are fully cooked, about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.

It is a great next day, leftover user breakfast that is hearty and fast! My brother came up with this recipe and it has become a breakfast mainstay when we get together! Serve with bacon, toast and fruit. Yummy!

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Stir in onion, ham, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
