Ritz Cracker Cake With Pineapple Recipes

PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350˚F. In a medium size bowl, combine sugar, flour, and reserved pineapple juice. Add pineapple chunks and toss well to combine. Spoon pineapple mixture into 8x8-inch casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
• Combine crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Spread Ritz cracker topping evenly on top of pineapple mixture.
• Bake at 350˚F for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.

BAKED PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE WITH RITZ CRACKERS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple, sugar, flour, and cheese.
• Pour mixture into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch casserole dish.
• Crush crackers and sprinkle over the top of the pineapple mixture.
• Pour melted butter evenly over cracker layer.
• Bake casserole for 25 minutes or until golden brown and slightly bubbly.

BAKED PINEAPPLE WITH CRACKERS

Steps:

• Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
• Combine pineapple, reserved juice, sugar, butter or margarine, flour, and cheese. Mix well. Spoon mixture into a buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish; top with cracker crumbs.
• Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.

RITZ CRACKER CAKE WITH PINEAPPLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325ºF. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to whisk the eggs until stiff peaks form. Fold in the sugar and baking powder and mix gently. Add the crushed Ritz crackers and the nuts and mix gently to combine.
• Grease a 9x13'' baking dish. Pour the Ritz cracker mixture into the baking dish and flatten with a spatula. Transfer to the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
• Remove the pan from the oven and cool completely.
• Combine the Cool Whip, cream cheese, and the strained crushed pineapple and mix to combine.
• Pour the topping on top of the cooled crust. If desired, add maraschino cherries and toasted coconut on top. Transfer to the fridge for at least one hour to set up. Enjoy!

SOUTHERN PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix sugar and flour; stir in cheese. Stir in both cans of drained pineapple., Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. In a small bowl, mix crackers and butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes or until topping is brown and cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes.
