45 ml Gin - Sage-forward gin
22.5 ml Vermouth - Dry
22.5 ml Vermouth - Rosso/rouge (sweet) vermouth
5 ml Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur
4 Boker's bitters

Steps:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass

Ingredients

1½ cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup packed light brown sugar
½ cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
12 oz bag (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper & set aside. In a small bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, & salt. In a large bowl, combine the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, & sugar. Using a mixer, beat until smooth. Stir in egg & vanilla. Gradually stir in the flour mixture until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

4 -6 cracked ice cubes
1 dash orange bitters
2 ounces dry vermouth
1 ounce dry gin
1 ounce scotch whiskey

Steps:

Put the ice in a cocktail glass, and put the orange bitters over the ice.
Mix the dry vermouth, gin and whiskey, stir.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
