- Shake the bourbon, cherry juice, amaretto, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass.
BOURBON SOURS

- Combine the bourbon, lemon juice, lime juice, and syrup. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, and fill two-thirds full with the cocktail mixture. Shake for 30 seconds and pour into martini glasses. Add a maraschino cherry and serve ice cold.

Blend alcohol-free gin with lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white and sage leaves to make this sophisticated mocktail, perfect for parties

Steps:
- Put the gin alternative, lemon juice, sugar syrup, 3 of the sage leaves and a good handful of ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake hard until the outside of the shaker is ice cold, then double strain into a small jug.
- Discard the ice and any remaining sage pieces, then pour the cocktail back into the shaker and add the egg white.
- Shake it really hard to froth up the egg white, then pour into a cocktail glass or coupe. Garnish with the remaining sage leaf.
