Steps:
- Mix together the cream cheese and chives in a bowl. Cut the pimentos into small pieces.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto a salami slice; fold in half, then half again to form a wedge shape. Thread 2 pieces of pimento onto toothpicks and use to secure the roll-up. Repeat for the remaining salami slices.
- Slice the roll-ups in half and serve on a platter.
SALAMI TARTLET CANAPE BITES
Purchase salami slices that are medium-thick and around 2 1/2 inches in diameter as these will be a perfect fit for the muffin holes. Super easy to make and create an interesting alternative when providing nibbles for a party. They are also great with slice of tomato before you pour in the egg.

- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Line base and sides of two 12-hole, 1/3-cup capacity muffin pans with salami.
- Pour 1 tablespoon egg into each salami case. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until egg is set and cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.

- Line the bottom of an 8 x 1 1/2 -inch round cake pan with waxed paper. In a small mixer bowl at high speed, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Muenster, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic powders and pepper. Beat about 5 minutes or until fluffy. (Some small chunks of Muenster will remain.) Spread cheese mixture into pan. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.Unmold cheese mixture onto a chilled serving plate. Carefully peel off waxed paper. Smooth surface with a spatula. Place egg or caviar in center. Surround with a ring of olive slices. Drain shrimp well and cut in half, if large. Place a ring of shrimp around the outer edge. Stand cucumbers around sides of cheese round. Lay a row of cucumbers on the plate to form a scalloped edge. Serve with crackers.* Or use 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese and 1 tablespoon minced chives.

- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and preserves. Fill a star-tipped pastry bag with cream cheese mixture set aside.In a double boiler, melt the cheese spread. Cheese will be a soft consistency and easily spreadable. Trim crust from bread spread each slice with 1 tablespoon spread. Cut in triangles.Cut the salami slices in half and roll each half into a cone. With a wooden pick, skewer on olive, then the salami cone. Fasten the salami cones to the bread triangles. Pipe cream cheese mixture into each cone. Cover and chill.
