SMOKED SALMON AND EGG WRAPS

- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, dill, milk and seasoned salt. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add egg mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set. , Spoon a scant 1/3 cup egg mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with salmon, onion and cheese. Fold opposite sides of tortilla over filling (sides will not meet in center). Roll up tortilla, beginning at 1 of the open ends. Place the wraps, seam side down, in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. , Cover and bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Steps:
- Mix the first 7 ingredients in a bowl to make the salmon mixture.
- In a medium-sized, non-stick pan, heat canola oil and fry salmon mixture for 5 minutes over medium heat. Place salmon mixture in the lettuce leaves and wrap.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and grainy mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Use as a dipping sauce for the wraps.
- Serve wraps with dipping sauce.

- Mix the mayo & mustard. Divide mixture into 2 sml bowls & then stir the diced onion into 1 of the bowls so you can serve as a choice between the mixture with or without onion.
