1 (16 ounce) jar salted peanuts, divided
1 (10 ounce) package peanut butter chips (such as Reese's®)
3 tablespoons butter
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 ½ cups marshmallows

Steps:

  • Pour 1/2 of the peanuts into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Melt peanut butter chips and butter in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting, for 1 to 3 minutes. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and microwave until heated through, about 30 seconds more.
  • Stir marshmallows into butter mixture until completely incorporated and melted. Pour marshmallow mixture over peanuts into the baking dish. Sprinkle remaining peanuts over the top, cover the peanuts with a sheet of waxed paper, and press down to fill the pan and create an even layer. Remove wax paper and cool completely before cutting into squares.

This microwave is simple with only five ingredients (salted peanuts, butter, peanut butter chips, condensed milk, and miniature marshmallows).

3 cups salted peanuts without skins
3 Tablespoons butter
10 ounces peanut butter chips
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2 cups mini marshmallows

Steps:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and peanut butter chips in 30 second intervals, stirring between each until melted and smooth.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk and marshmallows to mixture, and continute to microwave for 30 second intervals until completely melted and smooth.
  • Pour half the peanuts evening into the bottom of an ungreased 11x17 inch dish. Pour melted mixture over top of peanuts; sprinkle the top with the remaining peanuts. Gently press the peanuts so they stick to the center filling.
  • Cover and refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.

1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cups salted mixed nuts or peanuts
1 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and salt. Cut in 1/2 cup butter, using pastry blender or crisscrossing 2 knives, until evenly mixed. Press evenly in bottom of ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Bake 15 minutes; cool slightly.
  • Cut up any large nuts. Sprinkle nuts evenly over crust. In 1-quart saucepan, heat all remaining ingredients over low heat, stirring occasionally, just until chips are melted. Drizzle butterscotch mixture evenly over nuts. Bake 5 minutes. For bars, cut into 8 rows by 4 rows while warm for easiest cutting.

1/4 cup maple sugar

2/3 cup raw cacao butter, melted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup unsweetened rice cereal
1/2 cup roasted salted peanuts, plus more for topping

Steps:

  • Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, maple sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Whisk in the warm melted cacao butter and vanilla until smooth. Gently stir in the cereal and peanuts; pour into the lined pan and, using an offset spatula, spread evenly. 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 egg yolks
3 cups mini marshmallows
2/3 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup butter
1 (12 ounce) package peanut butter chips
2 cups crispy rice cereal (Rice Krispies)
2 cups cocktail peanuts

Steps:

  • In large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients-- hold out the marshmallows.
  • Press the crumb mixture in bottom of ungreased 9x13-inch pan.
  • Bake in 350 degree oven until light golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and immediately spread marshmallows evenly on top of crust.
  • Return to oven for 2 minutes or until marshmallows begin to puff.
  • Remove from oven and cool.
  • In large saucepan, heat corn syrup, butter, vanilla and peanut butter chips just until chips melt.
  • Stir mixture to smooth texture.
  • Remove from heat, stir in the cereal and peanuts.
  • Spoon warm topping over the marshmallows and spread to cover evenly.
