Sara's Salad Greens Mixture image

Use this salad-greens mixture to make Sara Foster's Breakfast Burritos.

2 cups arugula leaves
2 cups spinach leaves
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, toss arugula, spinach, olive oil, and vinegar until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
