2 packages (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pound bulk pork sausage
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 envelope country gravy mix
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1-1/4 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese

Steps:

  • Separate crescent dough into 16 triangles and place on a greased 14-in. round pizza pan with points toward the center. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of pan to form a crust; seal seams. Bake at 375° for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the sausage, onion and green pepper over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink; drain. Prepare gravy according to package directions. Stir into sausage mixture; set aside., In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add egg mixture; cook and stir until almost set. Spread gravy mixture over crust. Top with eggs, mushrooms and cheeses. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.

1 (10 ounce) package mini 8-inch baked pizza crusts (such as Boboli®)
¼ cup sage pork sausage
2 tablespoons butter, divided
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
¼ cup half-and-half
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon onion powder
3 large eggs
3 tablespoons shredded Swiss cheese
3 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place pizza crusts on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and leave oven on.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage until browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove sausage with a slotted spoon; drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Reduce heat of skillet to medium-low. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in the skillet. Add flour; stir until dissolved to make a roux, about 1 minute. Add half-and-half; stir to remove browned bits from bottom of the skillet. Cook and stir until thick, about 2 minutes. Season gravy with pepper, salt, and onion powder.
  • Return the drained sausage to the skillet; stir to coat with the gravy. Remove from heat; divide sausage gravy evenly over the pizza crusts.
  • Melt the remaining butter in a small nonstick saucepan over low heat. Pour in eggs; cook and stir until scrambled, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat; divide scrambled eggs evenly over the pizzas. Top with Swiss cheese and Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the hot oven until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes.

2 cups frozen hash brown potato cubes, thawed
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs, lightly beaten
⅓ cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
⅓ cup diced green bell pepper
⅓ cup diced red bell pepper
⅓ cup diced yellow bell pepper
½ cup thinly sliced green onions

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 F. Separate crescent rolls into sixteen triangles. Place in two ungreased 12 inch rimmed pizza pans with points toward the center. In each pan, press rolls together, seal perforations and form a circle 1 inch larger in diameter than bottom of pan. Turn edges under to make a slight rim.
  • Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over each crust. Top with potatoes; add peppers and/or green onions, if desired. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in small bowl: stir well. Pour half of the egg mixture evenly over each pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are set and crusts are golden.

1 package (8 ounces) frozen brown-and-serve pork sausage links, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
6 eggs, beaten
4 ready-to-serve pizza crusts, 6 inches in diameter
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 ounces)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 10-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Cook sausage in skillet about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Remove sausage from skillet; set aside.
  • Pour eggs into skillet. As mixture begins to set at bottom and side, gently lift cooked portions with spatula so that thin, uncooked portion can flow to bottom. Do not stir. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until eggs are thickened throughout but still moist.
  • Place pizza crusts on ungreased cookie sheets. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Top each with eggs and sausage. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  • Brown and break up sausage, drain well. Roll out crust on a nonstick cookie sheet (with sides). Layer sausage, hash browns, and cheddar. Whisk in the milk with the eggs and season. Pour on the pizza. Add parmesan and bake in a 350 degree oven until eggs are set and crust is done, 20-25 minutes.

1 (16 ounce) package mild bulk pork sausage
1 (8 1/2 ounce) package refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
4 tablespoons diced red bell peppers
4 tablespoons diced yellow bell peppers
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons whole milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. Remove from heat. Drain sausage on paper towels and set aside.
  • Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles and place in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center. Flatten dough to seal seams and perforations.
  • Press dough outward to form a circle 1-inch larger than pan. Turn excess 1-inch of dough under to form a slight rim.
  • Sprinkle cooked sausage over dough, then top with thawed potatoes, red and yellow bell pepper, green onion and cheddar cheese.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
  • Pour egg mixture evenly over sausage and vegetables.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top of pizza. Bake at 375°F until eggs are set and crust is golden brown (approximately 20 minutes). Remove from oven and allow pizza to cool for 5 minutes before cutting. Serve warm.
