6 Cups Crispix cereal
4 Cups checkerboard pretzels
2 Cups mixed nuts
1/2 Cup shelled sunflower seeds
1/2 Cup unsalted butter
1/2 Cup brown sugar, lightly packed
1/4 Cup light Karo syrup
1 Cup dried cranberries

Steps:

In a very large bowl, mix together cereal, pretzels, nuts, and sunflower seeds. Set aside. In a heavy, medium saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, and syrup over medium heat. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for one minute, stirring gently. Immediately pour hot caramel over cereal mixture and stir to coat evenly. Spread into 2 cookie sheets. Bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir, and bake 10 more minutes. Cool and break apart, stir in dried cranberries.

2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 box Crispix cereal

Steps:

Bring butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup to a boil.
Boil 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add baking soda (it will foam).
Put the cereal in a large bowl and pour the boiled mixture over the cereal and stir to coat.
Bake 1 hour at 200-250F degrees.
Stir every 15 minutes.
You may add nuts if you desire.

4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

1. Combine KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal, nuts and pretzels in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Set aside.2. Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over cereal mixture. Stir until evenly coated.3. Bake at 250°F for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:1. In large microwave safe glass mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal, nuts and pretzels. Set aside.2. Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over cereal mixture. Stir until evenly coated.3. Microwave at HIGH for 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.Microwave cooking times may vary. NOTE: Dry roasted mixed nuts can be used in place of regular mixed nuts. Reduced calorie margarine can be substituted for regular margarine.
