2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 6 oz. chocolate and the butter in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar; mix well. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and pecans until well blended.
  • Spread into greased 8- or 9-inch square baking pan.
  • Bake 22 to 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool in pan on wire rack. Melt remaining 2 oz. chocolate as directed on package. Drizzle over dessert; let stand until firm. Cut into 16 squares to serve.

● 2 cups (12-ounce package) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, divided
●3/4 cup granulated sugar
●1/3 cup butter
●3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, divided
●2 large eggs
●1/2 cup all-purpose flour
●1/8 teaspoon salt
●1/4 cup heavy cream

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325° F. Grease a metal 8-inch-square baking pan and line with parchment.
  • Melt 1 1/2 cups morsels, sugar and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stir constantly. Once melted, remove pan from heat and stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Let cool for 5 minutes. Transfer to a large mixer bowl.
  • Mix eggs into chocolate mixture using the paddle attachment; then slowly add the flour and salt. Mix until just combined. Pour batter into prepared baking pan, and spread evenly.
  • Bake 18-20 minutes until wooden pick comes out clean. Place on cooling rack and let brownies cool completely.
  • Scald heavy cream in small saucepan over medium heat. Pour warm cream over remaining 1/2 cup morsels in a medium bowl; add remaining 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, and stir together.
  • Spread glaze over pan of brownies; let glaze set before cutting brownies into bars.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F Line a 8x8 pan with foil, leaving an overhang on two opposite sides.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 13x9 inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Grease foil.
  • Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on high 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and nuts, mix well. Spread into prepared pan.
