- 1. Heat canola oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and carrot and cook, stirring often, until softened, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add turkey and cook, stirring often, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add scallions and cook, stirring often, until scallions are softened, about 1 minute. 2.
