2 tablespoons butter
1 lb boneless chicken breast, cubed
1/2 onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, chopped fine
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 head broccoli, cut in to florets
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (1 lb) package favorite pasta, cooked

Steps:

  • Melt butter in skillet.
  • Add chicken, onions and garlic and sautee until chicken is browned.
  • Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
  • Add chicken broth, tomatoes, broccoli and pepper.
  • Cook till tender.
  • Add chicken and simmer another 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in cream cheese until melted.
  • Add cooked pasta and toss.

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 shallot, chopped
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced, plus chopped leaves for topping
2 carrots, shredded
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
Freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup dry sherry or white wine
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 cup grated gruyere cheese (about 4 ounces)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
12 ounces fresh fettuccine
1 cup sugar snap or snow peas, strings removed and thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shallot and cook until slightly softened, about 1 minute. Add the celery, carrots, thyme, 3/4 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper and cook until the vegetables soften, about 2 minutes. Add the sherry and cook until slightly reduced, about 2 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and nutmeg and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the chicken to the sauce; increase the heat to medium and simmer until just cooked through, about 3 minutes. Add the gruyere and parmesan and continue simmering, stirring occasionally, until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes (do not boil). Add the parsley; season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook as the label directs. Drain, then add to the sauce and toss. Sprinkle in the peas; serve topped with celery leaves.

2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth

1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute mushrooms and onions in butter for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Add wine or broth and garlic. 1 tablespoon olive oil
½ medium onion, cut into strips
1 ½ tablespoons minced garlic
2 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
½ teaspoon chicken seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
4 ounces penne pasta
⅓ cup heavy cream, or more to taste
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
⅓ cup heavy cream, or more to taste
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

3 small carrots, peeled and sliced into coins
2 cups broccoli florets
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 cup frozen peas
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
nutmeg, pinch

Steps:

  • Cook penne in boiling salted water for 12 minutes.
  • Add carrots, broccoli and zucchini for last 4 minutes of cooking pasta time.
  • Add peas during the last minute.
  • Drain; transfer to a large serving bowl.
  • Meanwhile, sprinkle chicken with 1/4 t salt and 1/8 t of the black pepper.

Steps:

  • Put the pasta on to boil: Part cook the chicken in a pan or microwave (microwave locks in all the juices and keeps it moist)
  • Put the cream and cheese in a pan over a low heat and stir till cheese has melted. Add the garlic and seasoning. Sprinkle some mixed herbs in and stir
  • Add the chicken to the mix and allow the mixture to simmer until the pasta is cooked. Drain the pasta in a colander.
  • Mix in the chicken and sauce together for a creamy delight and serve. Or pre-heat the oven to 120c Fan, place the pasta mix in to a ovenproof dish, grate some cheese over the top and bake in the oven for 15-20 mins for a cheesier stickier finish.
