4 cups sugar
1/4 cup powdered milk
1 cup water
1/2-1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups quick oats
1/2 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 cup coconut

Steps:

  • Butter 11 x 7 baking pan.
  • Mix first 5 ingredients in saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into buttered pan.
  • Smooth with back of a spoon.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours.
  • Cut into bars.

  • While mixture is still warm, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking pans. Let sit until cool and the chocolate is hardened.
