3 chicken breasts
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt (or less to taste)
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 bunch green onion, sliced
2 red bell peppers, cubed
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
3/4 cup salsa
1/2 cup soy sauce (or less to taste)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced

Steps:

  • Slice chicken lengthwise into strips. Mix peanut butter, brown sugar, salt, cayenne, cilantro, salsa, soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic. Adjust seasoning. Marinate chicken for 4 hours.
  • When ready to grill, alternate chicken with green onion and bell pepper onto skewers (soak wooden skewers in water prior to grilling). Grill until chicken is cooked through.

2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Original Seasoning Blend
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, slivered
1/4 red onion, sliced
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Low-Sodium Recipe
  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and Mrs. Dash® Original Seasoning Blend. Set aside.
  • 3. Add onions and garlic to an 8-9 inch skillet. Place chicken on top of vegetables. Cover lightly with foil and place in oven. Cook 15 minutes.
  • 4. Increase heat to 375 degrees F. Uncover skillet and turn chicken. Cook 10 minutes.
  • 5. Remove and cover lightly with foil. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

2 (4 ounce) chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 cup shredded white chihuahua cheese
2 slices American cheese
mashed potatoes
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 ounces olive oil
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 green pepper, julienne
1 red pepper, julienne
1 yellow onion, julienne

Steps:

  • Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
  • Combine all marinade ingredients. Place chicken breasts in marinade and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
  • Slice peppers and onions and sauté in olive oil until al dente. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Saute chicken breasts in olive oil over medium heat; cook evenly on both sides to a golden brown color.
  • Heat cast iron skillet on burner over medium heat until very hot. Place mashed potatoes on top portion of skillet. Place cheeses on bottom portion of skillet and cover with pepper and onion medley. Add chicken to top of pepper and onion medley, resting on potatoes. Top with chopped parsley. Serve "sizzling.".

1/3 cup hot water
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 12 thin strips

Steps:

  • Mix water, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce, cilantro and mustard in medium bowl with wire whisk. Refrigerate half of the mixture to use as a dipping sauce. Pour remaining mixture into large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken; seal bag. Shake gently to coat chicken. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to marinate.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread chicken onto 12 skewers in ribbon fashion; discard any remaining marinade in bag.
  • Grill 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with the reserved dipping sauce.

1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 12 thin strips

Steps:

  • Whisk all ingredients except chicken in large bowl until blended. Pour half into serving bowl; refrigerate for later use. Add chicken to remaining sauce; stir to evenly coat. Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.
  • Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Thread chicken, in accordion fashion, onto 12 skewers.
  • Grill 5 to 7 min. or until done, turning after 4 min. Serve with reserved sauce.

1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into strips
2 green bell peppers, seeded and cubed

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine crunchy peanut butter, cilantro, salsa, brown sugar, soy sauce, salt, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic and green onions; mix well. Add chicken to the marinade, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
