SKILLET SPAGHETTI PIZZA
Skillet spaghetti pizza takes only one pan and about 30 minutes to make. This is the perfect weeknight meal if you are in a hurry to feed your family.

Steps:
- You will need to use a saute pan that is about 3 inches high on the sides. After you cook and drain the sausage put it back into the same pan and add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Saute 2 or 3 minutes.
- Add spaghetti sauce, water, and pasta broken into 2 inch pieces.
- Simmer 15 minutes or so over medium heat. You want most of the liquid gone so keep it covered but cracked a little bit. If it is still too watery just take the lid off for the last 5 minutes.
- Top with cheese, green onions, and fresh herbs if you are using them. Stick under the broiler for a few minutes to melt and brown the top.
- Take out and let cool 10 or 15 minutes before serving

- COOK beef and garlic in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring often; drain.
- STIR in uncooked spaghetti, sauce and water. Heat to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 15 min. or until spaghetti is cooked, stirring occasionally.
- TOP spaghetti mixture with cheese, peppers and Crispy Fried Onions. Cover and let stand 3 min. until cheese is melted. Serve with bread sticks and a small tossed salad, if desired.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- Meanwhile, place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and combine with spaghetti sauce.
- In a large bowl toss pasta with Parmesan cheese and eggs. Press into a 9-inch pie plate and spread sauce mixture over pasta. Top with American cheese and sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.

- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Mix water, tomato juice, tomato paste, minced onion, chili powder, sugar, oregano, garlic salt, and salt into ground beef; cover skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer beef mixture, stirring occasionally, until flavors have blended, about 30 minutes.
- Place spaghetti into beef mixture and stir to separate strands; cover skillet and simmer, stirring frequently, until spaghetti is tender, about 30 minutes.
