BAHAMIAN SKY JUICE

Steps:

• Add rum, condensed milk and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake for a good 10 seconds.
• Pour into a cocktail glass with fresh ice and top with coconut water, stir. Garnish with a mango spear.

SKY JUICE

Steps:

• Add the gin, coconut water and condensed milk into a pitcher and stir well.
• Grate 1/3 of the fresh nutmeg pod over the top and stir again.
• Add each serving into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
• Strain into a footed pilsner glass over fresh ice.
• Garnish each glass with freshly grated nutmeg.

SKY JUICE GIN DRINK

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker, combine your gin, condensed milk, and coconut water.
• Shake well.
• Strain into a Collins glass with chipped ice.
• Garnish with nutmeg and/or cinnamon on top. Optional tropical umbrella!

JAMAICAN SEXY JUICE (PINEAPPLE PUNCH )

Steps:

• Cut the top and bottom of the pineapple and slice away the skin on the outside to reveal the yellow flesh.
• Slice the pineapple horizontally and then chop into small chunks.
• Pour the pineapple chunks and water into the blender and blitz until it's all broken down.
• Use a large strainer or cheesecloth to extract the juice (press down or squeeze firmly, depending on your chosen method).
• Add the nutmeg, vanilla and condensed milk to the jug of pineapple and sweeten to taste. Give the large jug of juice a good stir or you can use a blender instead which may result in froth which is normal
• Serve immediately

BAHAMIAN SKY JUICE

Steps:

• Using a screwdriver (or awl) and a hammer, poke through the eyes of the coconuts, and drain out the liquid through a strainer into a mixing bowl. There should be a total of about 2 cups. Set the shells aside.
• Add the evaporated milk, gin, sugar if using, cinnamon and nutmeg to the coconut water. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
• Refrigerate the mixture until cold, at least 2 hours, or cool mixture down with ice.
• To serve, carefully pour the mixture through a funnel into the reserved coconut shells. Insert straws.
