Steps:
- Remove the sausages from their skins and break up into small pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and sausages until the onion has softened and the sausages are golden. Stir in the garlic, then cook for 1 min before adding the tomatoes, tomato purée, kidney beans and chilli powder. Bring to the boil and cook for about 10 mins until thickened.
- Split the rolls down the middle and toast the cut sides on a griddle pan. Spoon the hot sausage chilli into the rolls and finish with the cheese. Serve with potato wedges, if you like.

NOT SO SLOPPY HOT DOGS
This is a take off of sloppy joes. Not sure about the servings as I only cook for the 2 of us. Any extra I use on hamburger buns or it goes well on hash browns or egg with breakfast. I really find this makes a great hot dog! Enjoy.

SLOPPY DOGS - GROUND BEEF SLOPPY JOES WITH CHEESE IN HOT DOG BUN
From Disney's Magic Kitchen Cookbook. My nine-year-old son picked this for his cooking night. I eat gluten free, so just skip the bun and put the meat over salad greens (like a taco salad) for myself, since I have yet to find a gluten free bun that I like.
