A simple marinade makes these grilled pork chops wonderfully tender and juicy!

4-6 bone-in pork chops (¾-inch thick)
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ lemon (juiced)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon basil
¼ teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl or large freezer bag. Add pork chops and marinate for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high.
  • Remove the pork from the marinade allowing any excess to drip off.
  • Grill pork 5-6 minutes per side or until temperature reaches 145°F with an instant-read thermometer. Do not overcook.
  • Let the pork chops rest on a plate for at least 5 minutes before serving.

¼ cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon pepper
6 (4 ounce) boneless pork loin chops

Steps:

  • In a large resealable bag, combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt, oregano, and pepper. Place chops in bag, seal, and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Turn bag frequently to distribute marinade.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. Remove chops from bag, and transfer remaining marinade to a saucepan. Bring marinade to a boil, remove from heat, and set aside.
  • Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill pork chops for 5 to 7 minutes per side, basting frequently with boiled marinade, until done.

4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon coriander seeds, ground
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lemon, zested
4 (6 ounce) bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)

Steps:

  • Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, parsley, rosemary, thyme, ground coriander, garlic, and lemon zest together in a shallow dish. Add pork chops and toss to evenly coat. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, turning chops halfway through.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Remove chops from the marinade and gently shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
  • Place chops on the preheated grill and reduce heat to medium. Cook until no longer pink in the center, about 8 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2/3 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
6 boneless butterflied pork chops (1/2 inch thick and 6 ounces each)

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the lemonade concentrate, soy sauce, seasoned salt, celery salt and garlic powder. Pour 1-1/2 cups into a large resealable plastic bag; add pork chops. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting. , Drain and discard marinade. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. 6 big pork loin chops
3 garlic cloves , crushed
small handful flat-leaf parsley , chopped
½ tsp fennel seeds , roughly chopped
zest and juice 1 lemon , plus 1 lemon, quartered
3 tbsp olive oil
6 bay leaves

Steps:

  • Sit the chops in a dish. Mix together the garlic, parsley, fennel seeds, lemon zest and juice, oil and bay, then rub all over the chops. Leave the chops to marinate for at least an hour, or up to a day.
  • Heat a barbecue, frying pan or griddle pan. Season the chops, then cook for 5-8 mins on each side until cooked through (if cooking in batches, wrap the cooked chops in foil while you finish the rest). Add the lemon quarters for the last min to char, then serve alongside the pork.
