24 ounces frozen cauliflower
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
3 ounces bacon bits
2-3 green onions (diced)

Steps:

  • Use a slow cooker liner or grease crock.
  • Pour half of cauliflower in an even layer in the crock. Cut cream cheese into strips or cubes and layer half on cauliflower. Sprinkle half of shredded cheese and bacon bits over frozen cauliflower.
  • Repeat by layering cauliflower, cream cheese and then sprinkling shredded cheese and bacon on top.
  • Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. Stir once or twice while cooking.
  • Sprinkle green onions on top and serve.

3 slices bacon
nonstick cooking spray
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
¼ cup chicken broth
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (such as Campbell's®)
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 scallion, green part only, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels. Once cool enough to touch, crumble and divide into thirds.
  • Spray the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Place cauliflower into the slow cooker and pour chicken broth on top. Season with salt, pepper, and turmeric.
  • Combine cream of chicken soup, mozzarella cheese, and Cheddar cheese in a bowl. Pour over cauliflower mixture.
  • Cook on High until cauliflower is cooked to your liking, about 2 hours. Stir in 2/3 of the crumbled bacon just before serving.
  • Transfer to serving platter and top with green onion and remaining bacon.

1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt (To taste)
Pepper (To taste)
1 tbsp Parsley (Fresh, Roughly chopped, For garnish)

Steps:

  • Spread half the cauliflower in a crockpot.
  • Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese on top.
  • Sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese and half the cheddar cheese.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper.
  • Spread the remaining cauliflower florets on top of this cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese on top.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours, stirring once halfway through.
  • Remove lid and gently mix everything together.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!

1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste

2 medium heads cauliflower, cut into florets (about 18 cups)
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 cup dry bread crumbs

Steps:

  • In a 6-qt. slow cooker, combine cauliflower, soup and cheese. Cook, covered, on low for 5-6 hours or until cauliflower is tender. 1 medium head cauliflower (2 lb), separated into florets (6 cups)
2 tablespoons water
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
Chopped fresh chives, if desired

Steps:

  • Spray bottom of 2 1/2- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Line side of slow cooker with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.
  • In large microwavable bowl, place cauliflower and water. Cover tightly with microwavable plastic wrap. Microwave on High 4 minutes or until cauliflower is partially cooked; drain.
  • Meanwhile, in 3-quart saucepan, mix soup, milk, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in cheese until melted. Add cauliflower; toss to coat. Pour into slow cooker.
  • Cover; cook on Low heat setting 3 hours or until cauliflower is tender and sauce is thickened. Garnish with chives.

  • Lightly spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Chop your cauliflower into florets and place in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • Pour water over cauliflower.
  • Spoon the cream of chicken soup over the cauliflower. Do not dilute the soup.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the soup.
  • Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours or until cauliflower is fork tender.
  • At the end of the cook time, melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the bread crumbs and cook until golden brown; set aside.
  • Add sour cream, salt, and pepper into the cooked cauliflower; mix well.
  • Sprinkle cooked bread crumbs on top and serve.
